We truly appreciate you being a part of the Cabrinha Ohana. Your support means a lot to us, and we’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in our products.
As part of our commitment to you and to the design and performance of our products, we are sending out a new replacement COS loop to all customers who own a Cabrinha COS control system. We want to make sure you continue to get the best experience from our product and this loop will help further extend the life cycle of your COS system.

Frequently Asked Questions
In a handful of extreme cases we have noticed some wear on an integral part of the COS release.While these cases only appear in product that has seen unreasonable amounts of use we have made the decision to exchange out every loop in order to increase longevity and the lifespan of each COS control system.

All Cabrinha COS products are built to meet ISO standards for safety and performance, but like any performance gear, they have a finite lifespan.The new replacement COS loop is designed to significantly extend the lifespan of the COS.
We strongly encourage all customers with affected products to participate to ensure safety and compliance.
Replacement is quick, easy and tool less. Detailed Instructions will come with your new loop. You can also watch the video above.
You can return the product to Cabrinha directly by putting your old loop in the self addressed envelope provided, pass it to your local dealer, or cut it and send proof of destruction to support@cabrinha.com
We aim to process the replacements loops within 7-14 business days after receiving your request.
